It’s been more than a month since the finale ofBosch: Legacybegan streaming on Prime Video, but fans just can’t stop watching the final season ofTitus Welliver’s detective drama. TheBosch: LegacySeason 3 finale premiered on April 17, and all this time later, the show hasonce again climbed back into the Prime Video top 10. Sitting at #10 at the time of writing,Bosch: Legacyfalls just behind other Prime Video original projects likeReacher, but it’s also trailingBen Affleck’s firstAccountantmovie andTwisters— the legacy sequel led byGlen Powell.Bosch: Legacywas canceled by Prime Video after its third season, and even though hopes of a revival on Prime or elsewhere are fading, fans aren’t giving up on the show.
Bosch: Legacyfans were treated to a brief cameo from Welliver onThe Equalizer, the CBS series led byQueen Latifahthat was abruptlycancelled after five seasons. Welliver had even been tapped tolead a spin-off as his character, Elijah Reed, but that was also announced to be no longer in development. Shortly before theBosch: LegacySeason 3 finale, Welliver took to his personal Instagram toofficially bid the character farewell, which marked a painful goodbye for those who had been following him as Harry Bosch since he first suited up in 2014. Welliver has been tapped for a small role in the upcomingBallardspin-off series, which focuses onMaggie Q’s Renée Ballard. The series has yet to be assigned an official release date by Prime Video, but it’s expected on the platform later this year.
What Else Has Titus Welliver Been In?
Welliver has become synonymous with his role as Harry Bosch in Prime Video’s detective universe, but he’s also starred in plenty of other big-name projects. Welliver has featured in two ofBen Affleck’s biggest movies in his directorial filmography,The TownandArgo. He’s also known for his role as James Savoy inTransformers: Age of Extinction, the 2014 sci-fi adventure led byMark Wahlbergand directed byMichael Bay. Welliver alsocameos in one episode ofThe Mandalorianin Season 2, and he’s appeared in four episodes ofLaw & Order: SVUbetween 2002 and 2019.
