The full-length trailer for Marvel’sCaptain America: Civil Warwas released today offering fans their best look at the movie yet –with a bonus first look at Marvel’s version of Spider-Man. The movie, Marvel’s longest to date, is about the government setting up a governing body to oversee the Avengers when the team splinters into two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Ben Affleckhas said that one of the most interesting aspects ofBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justiceis the idea of a grizzled and world-weary Batman going up against an “amateur superhero” with Superman. It’s that idea and the idea of ‘loss’ that attracted Affleck to the role in the first place, this according to a report from Entertainment Weekly. In the latest issue, he talked about his Batman in a shared universe of heroes, and the ‘loss’ of someone close to his character that fought by his side. That character’s death was devastating to him, he said, and he’s suffered because of it. While he doesn’t “name” the person he fought beside, fans know all too well who he is referring to. Now, we only have to wait two weeks before we get confirmation whenBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justiceopens in theatres on March 25th.

Greetings,
Love this show and Jedi Council! I was reading a canon bio on Snoke, and it stated that Snoke trained Kylo Ren and has “one other apprentice”. What are the odds that Del Toro will play a Grand Moff Tarkin-like character that Gen. Hux reports to andLaura Dern’scharacter is Snoke’s “other apprentice” and NOT Rey’s mom or some senator? I think it’s feasible because as we could see in TFA, Kylo still had “conflict” with the light. If Kylo hasn’t quelled that “conflict” in ep. 8, I can see Snoke ridding himself of Kylo and putting her (Dern) in Kylo’s place. Total “gah-bage”? Have a good day and keep bringing the filthy.
