While Visentin will attempt to tempt the clients with impressive listings, Turner will attempt tostage full-blown renovationsto convince them to stay in their existing homes forever. TheLove Ir or List ItSeason 20 premiere shows a husband and wife torn between selling their cramped home or transforming it to fit their growing family.
In a PEOPLE exclusive clip from theLove It or List ItSeason 20 premiere, Turner shares her excitement about joiningthe iconic HGTV series. She adds that she isextremely confident in her real estate skills.In Turner’s exact words: “I have hundreds of flips and renovations under my belt.” In response, Visentin joked that his co-star will need all the experience she has to go up against him. However, Turned quipped that she’snot one to back down from a good challenge.

The exclusive sneak peek from theLove It or List ItSeason 20 premiere shows the new reality duo in action. The clip shows Visentinpicking up his co-host in his caras they officially begin their journey together. The two exchange greetings as Turner gets into the car. The designer confesses how excited she is to get to know Visentin.“We’re going to learn a lot about each other,”claims Turner.
The pair wastes no time diving intoplayful banter and sizing each other up.Turner warns Visentin that things are going to be different now that she is on the show. However, the realtor tells her that sheshouldn’t expect him to go easy on herjust because she’s a newcomer. Turner has previously starred on HGTV shows such asRock the BlockandFlip or Flop: Nashville.However, she became a prominent figure on the network after the premiere of her solo series,Fix My Flipin 2022.
Turner’sLove It or List Itdebut comes over a year after Farr announced her exit from the show. At the time, Farr spoke with PEOPLE and expressed that she will always remember her time onLove It or List Itfondly.“I’ve given it so many years of my life,”notedthe reality star. Farr shared that helping so many people fall in love with their homes all over again has been a gratifying experience. However, she admitted that it wastime for her to move onand find new challenges.
