This twist was eerily similar toSeason 12’s Saboteur twist. Coincidentally, that was Rachel’s first season ofBig Brother. As it turned out,Annie Whittingtonwasterrible in the roleand was the first Houseguest evicted from the season. There was just no way in hell thatBig Brotherwould let this twist fail again. Rachel Reilly Is Playing a Smart Game on ‘Big Brother’

To the shock of no one, Rachel was given a week’s safety for “coming late.“Knowing the massive target she entered with, there was no way the show was going to risk losing her early on. Honestly, it’s more shocking that she only gets one week’s worth of safety. WithBig Brothertelling her that her accommodations were not ready and making hera Have Notfor the week, the show guaranteed Rachel the chance to build up her game without the concern of being evicted. Now, she is able to showcase her veteran player brilliance.

Big Brothertold her that she had to pick the first person to join her as a Have Not. SelectingCliffton “Will” Williams, the oldest player in the house, was brilliant. He would have been an easy target for Vince to nominate, as older players tend to leave early. By bringing him in, she has a super fan by her side. Though players likeJimmy Heagertyplan to target Rachel in week 2,Rachel was smart to play strategically rather than try to hide her game prowess. The players know she can outsmart them, so it makes no sense for her to conceal her power.
